Hi, I’m Kirsten!
I am a certified health coach, personal trainer, and a proud dog mom, sister, and friend who truly believes in a holistic approach to wellness. With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and a Master’s in Health Promotion and Community Education from Maryland University of Integrative Health, I’ve spent over a decade helping individuals reach their health goals.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition and movement can transform lives—but I also know that true health is about more than just a workout. I’m a passionate coach dedicated to helping you understand the "why" behind your habits, turning your health goals into a sustainable journey of self-care and empowerment.
In addition to my degrees, I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, an IIN Health Coach, and a NNCP Nutritionist. I am currently partnering with three premier property management companies in the area, providing their residents with exclusive, weekly and bi-weekly mat Pilates classes. These sessions focus on functional movement, core stability, and mobility using bodyweight, resistance bands, and ankle weights.
Beyond the studio, I specialize in creating community through sold-out events like my "Sweat and Sip" series with City Tap House in Center City. These gatherings are designed to bridge the gap between fitness and friendship, featuring local health vendors and providing a space for people to connect while they move. I am here to help you find the joy in holistic wellness and build a lifestyle you love.
